Wow, two condoms per athlete per day. Under the condition that you need at least two people to make use of a condom this is four "contacts" per athlete and day (if we assume they stay among themselves).

Are we sure that this is not just the biggest swinger party of the year and they are just for cover-up performing some sports on TV every now and then.
