Now i'm trying to set it up before i switch the phone cards. First thing is: can i remember having changed anything within my xperia 10 iii setup? well, so far no.
in my last sailfishes i had to make do without aliases for command line stuff like ls -la, no *rc worked. yesterday i figured it out ; put the aliases in /etc/profile.d/sh.login.

yesterday i failed setting up my yahoo mail account. setup was the same as in my working xperia 10iii, it just didn't work: authentication failure. couldn't figure out if there are logs to check for these errors. this morning i noticed that there was a sailfishos system update to version 5.2.0.16 (from factory install 5.2.0.11). i installed this and now the mail setup worked.
