Make-up for BoM-enabled bodies

Ruth2 v4, Roth2 v2 and the other bodies in the Ruth2 and Roth2 families that support Bakes-on-Mesh were made to be compatible with layer content made for the system body. Most of it was made before there was mesh. This includes make-up on tattoo layers. While classic avatars using the system body can only wear four tattoo layers altogether, avatars using Bakes-on-Mesh can theoretically wear dozens of them. This allows for more separation between make-up elements instead of having everything on one layer as well as easier combinations with actual tattoos.

Also, while older mesh heads and bodies without Bakes-on-Mesh support require scripted applier HUDs to add make-up to a head, the layers that can be worn with Bakes-on-Mesh can simply be put on or taken off. They can be saved with outfits, they don't require an extra semi-transparent layer around the mesh which increases the complexity of the avatar, and they work without scripts.
