If there's text within the borders of an image, it has to be transcribed 100% verbatim.
Now let's suppose I want to post an image with text that is too small to read or partly obscured. I can read the text just fine at the source, so I
can transcribe it. It's only in the image that it can't be read.
Should I transcribe it?
