If I should ever write The Rules of the Metaverse about OpenSim, this would be one:

If you're a German-speaking user, and you have been in OpenSim since at least 2020, you've had at least one avatar in Metropolis. Or you still have one in Dorenas World. Or both.

Another two:

Everyone has at least one OSgrid avatar.

If not, they'll register one eventually.

I have many Avis on different grids but not Metropolis or Dorenas World as a German. My first Avi was on AMV and one week later two more on Copycat and Gor grid. Perhaps because I was more involved with americans in Secondlife than germans.

But I have also an OSgrid Avi to park my Avi on Lbsa. I use while I am online with my main Avi at home on decadence Grid.

Lately I got also an Avi on Lone Wolf's grid Wolf-territories, because we tested my BigCityLife sim on his Grid.

All my Avis on different Grids look identically the same.
