can't do CWs in replies.
First,
Mastodon
invented putting CWs into the summary field. Hubzilla was made before that. Thus, what Mastodon calls "CW", Hubzilla still calls "summary".
Second, a reply on Hubzilla isn't like a tweet. It's like a blog comment. And who writes summaries for blog comments?
