@? tinderness Pretending it's subtropical summer always and everywhere gets old eventually, as does dressing pretty much the same all the time.

Most female avatars are Athenas dressing for an Ibiza club party on a hot summer evening. All year round and everywhere. And then there are the Decadence-HGs, Legacys and Reborns that either wear the same style or even less. Because it seems to be an unwritten law that female avatars always have to be as sexy as possible, and this can only be achieved by baring as much skin as they can get away with.

As for male mesh avatars, there are usually only three styles: open shirt + jeans + sneakers or barefoot, black leather jacket + jeans + sneakers or black leather shoes, black leather jacket + black leather trousers + biker boots. Most male avatars don't dress for the same weather as most female avatars. Because they have to look as badass as possible.

It's actually a nice challenge to try and dress for the setting instead of pretending it's always 30°C when you're a female avatar or 15°C when you're a male avatar. And it's more immersive. I love immersion.

@jupiter_rowland Da hast du wohl recht: aber die Tussis und Macker würden wohl immer ihre 30 oder 15 Grad Outfit tragen. Wäre immerhin lustig anzusehen im Schneesturm.
Dein Blog kenne ich, lese gern darin, bedaure, dass du nicht öfter darin schreibst. Meines darf ih dir auch empfehlen. Ist eine #nanowrimo23 Werkstatt über Virtuelle Welten.
