the feeback i've received: people do not seem interested in sharing their info in OS on the WWW, but I have an idea to make that part mostly painless.
also the cryptocurrency economy system works but again people seem reluctant or disinterested.

cryptocurrency on OpenSIM is not so important.. the idea was a currency system that didn't have corporate control.. but gloebits are ok enough i guess, just not decentralized. i know of people who trade gloebits for fiat, but i'm not sure that is lucrative. AFAIK most people use it for "tips", some accept it for rents on sims, and i know of one person, the sound effects person, who sells their items for gloebits.

anyway cryptocurrency, in my opinion, is not "gambling", however it's true some people do tend to do foolish things be it cryptocurrency, stocks (Enron comes to mind), or get-rich quick schemes.

OCSP seems to work now and is cached until November 5, but any day it seems let's encrypt is doing away with OCSP. (i did see 'no response' as you indicated)

I wanted to go to OpenSimFest I just got a bit busy this time.

I can't imagine the gambling in SL would be a good experience, even if the parcel/sim owner was straight it's hard to know who is pulling the strings on the server. And also since the communication is http/xml it's easy for a user to manipulate things in a way that's not apparent in the viewer I think. The idea with cryptocurrency as economy was the keystore is off-grid, anyone can participate without permission. But anyway, it's not so important to have.

I now have account sync between Hubzilla and OpenSim, messages and photos coming from OpenSim to Hubzilla. Next up is having messages and photos coming from Hubzilla to OpenSim.
