this is an adequate description.
MPs do battle over amendments to motions that change standing orders to permit bills to insist on extensions to a negotiating period, without saying what they think the outcome of that negotiation should be. Meanwhile, the prime minister invites her backbenchers to vote against something she has agreed in Brussels so she can go back and ask for something that she knows will be rejected.
the brits are turning around themselves, chasing their own tails, boiling in their own soup. they show a complete disregard for the rest of europe. it's easy to dismiss them as mad and dumb, most of them definitely are. but some have to steer this circus. what is it these people intend? there has to be at least one more or less reasonable idea behind this buhei.
at the moment i think they are mainly preparing for the blame game. rees-mogg, johnson, gove and the like have their crash brexit nearly secured and now they have to prepare to accuse the eu27 of all the bad things that will follow.
