way back peter gabriel published one of his records twice: a second time with german texts, sung by himself. that disk came up in my music player some days ago. and just like back then i still think it's awkward.
the texts sound somewhat clumsy, but they still work, for me at least. they are slightly beside the music but all in all the songs are fascinating pieces of music.
and i still don't know why peter gabriel took all this effort?
