Zu 1: Ein höherer ISO-Wert verstärkt alle Bildanteile gleichermaßen: Das Grundrauschen des Sensors wie auch das Nutzsignal. Das, was man als störendes Bildrauschen wahrnimmt, ist aber nicht ein eventuell höherer, absoluter Anteil des Grundrauschens, sondern i.d.R. ein schlechtes Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis (Signal-to-noise ratio, SNR). Und am SNR ändert die ISO-Einstellung eben nichts.
Hat man aus Versehen, die ISO noch hoch, bei gutem Licht fällt es kaum auf.
Das unterschlägt, dass man im Regelfall nicht gleich belichtet, wenn man die Verstärkung des Eingangverstärkers erhöht, was im Volksmund als "ISO hochdrehen" bezeichnet wird.
