I was able to rework the sun photo with the large sunspot groups and adapt it to my final workflow, including coloring the actually monochrome image, which not only makes sense from an aesthetic point of view, but also simplifies the perception of contrast differences. But that is ultimately a matter of taste.
A true-to-scale earth at the bottom right helps to better assess the proportions, or, to put it another way: we are just a flyspeck ;-)
