some days ago i heard on the radio that it was bobby mcferrin's birthday. i nearly had forgotten about him. a great musician.
way back in the late 80s i once heard a group of vocal musicians on the tv, singing and being accompanied by some percussions. when i managed to get a look i had to notice that this group was a group of one: bobby mcferrin. so was the percussion.: his beard and his chest.
i still even like his all time hit about happyness. music that lightens your mood so well is not to be sneered at.
but of course mcferrin has made lots and lots of other music.
