There are audience recordings at YT. When I heard this rendition I was floored. My jaw dropped deeper than his bass. I cannot ubderstand why there is still no official release. Goldie always saw hinself on the verge of dance and modern composition, his album Saturnz Return quotes Gorecki's Symphony No 3 in a magnificent way. At the time the pop critics said that album was weaker, too forced. I said, they just don't understand.
And now this. I say, both versions are outstanding. But I looove the electronic esthetic. It's more to the point, the sounds are fuller and it cuts deeper. It has got some sonic elements an orchestra just cannot replicate.
