Putin points finger at US after Biden's 'killer' remark

Two big countries that both have a lot of shit in the past and are not planning to change their behavior. I don't trust either of them. Even if Biden is far better than Trump, it's just a way back to the status quo, not an improvement. Just as Putin is a step backwards in the old Soviet Union times.
