So, I removed the DNS records, stopped the jail, removed the nginx vhost on the TLS-reverse proxy, dropped the database, deleted the database role, removed the entry from jail.conf and last but not least
zfs destroy <path-to-jail-dataset>*Dav-stuff got transferred to my *dav-server of course before.
