Nobody is interested in how a 14-year-old could even come up with the idea of shooting people. Everyone there simply believes that harsh punishments prevent things from happening. But harsh punishments have never stopped anyone. Because the severity of the punishment is not the cause. The USA is just completely stupid and that is why such things will continue to happen. Just wait for the next mass shooting. It will come.
