I honestly think it would be cool if instance admins added “repeated posting or boosting of images that don’t include proper
#AltText without a decent excuse” to their lists of bannable offenses. I would also be in favor of Fediblock for instances where this behavior is rampant. But demanding, rather than “asking nicely,” for reasonable accommodations for disabled people is considered unreasonable and radical.
