Two Buffy Fish-Owls (Ketupa ketupu) spotted at Pasir Ris Park, Singapore, on 20 Nov 2021. The second one is staring at me from over its back, showing the bird's ability to twist its head.
These fish-owls are well known to bird watchers who frequently visit the park.
