I'm preparing to try out weKan. With mantis I was like... yeah, doesn't look so very promising, but there are many interesting plugins. But the plugins don't work as expected - so...

But the decision to try out mantis before weKan (yes, I prefer weKan) was because weKan depends on mongodb. About 5-6 hours to compile mongodb... but it's ready now. I think weKan has got a beautiful interface and I like kanban boards a lot. I continue tomorrow then and try to set it up.
