TERFism vs. "TIRF", meta, inter-instance bullcrap

So, everybody knows what TERFs are (trans exclusionary radfems), and how these types have been instrumental in stripping away the rights of trans women in public life, jobs, sports, etc, etc, and their violence most definitely has a body count.
And I was made aware that the phrase "TIRF", something that bad-actors have been calling trans women who don't believe "misandry" to be real, are being called, is something that originated _right here on the fediverse_
My stomach is churning, and I don't know how the plot has been lost so hard. It makes me honestly feel sick
How _dare_ anyone weaponize an acronym that describes fascists against the very _same people_ that those fascists are constantly targeting, like, what the fuck. And people _agreed_ with this? People _shared_ that person's words without any critical thinking whatsoever? And it happened, again, here? on the fediverse? And I'm just NOW finding out about it ...
And _some_ of the people who agree with calling trans women "TIRFs" ARE IN CONTROL OF FEDIVERSE INSTANCES?
Like, all I have to say is, you have to be fucking kidding me
