Outdoors is for other things. Too distracting for "work". I have seen some people in the nearby park with a 'working setup' but they appear to be doing art or reading. Few things make me sadder than folks out walking a dog or kid and staring at their phone. There is so much to see and be a part of. The other day, on a fairly long circuit walk, I passed a woman twice. She on a business call, probably teams, on a speakerphone. I guess that might be a good reason to be outside.
