No matter how much we simplify computers, there will always be people who can't handle it. I had helped someone out today who asked questions whose answers were right in front of him on the screen. Simple logic is probably not for everyone.
Example: He: "I want to add my printer. Do I have to click on add printer?". Me "yes" (and make a facepalm in my mind)
