Posting on Friendica forums still doesn't seem to work; deliverable mentions to outside Zot/Nomad are broken

There is still no way for Hubzilla users to send new posts to #
Friendica #
forums or #
groups. Comments on existing posts, yes, comments on comments on existing posts, yes, but not actual posts.
And I've tried a lot.
Posting straight to the forum's wallI tried that on Fediverse News,
a forum on the Friendica node venera.social.
You probably won't be able to see the post, but here it is. It looked like it succeeded. But the forum did not share my post. Apparently, it treated my post like a normal mention rather than a deliverable mention.
Deliverable mention with auto-completeAuto-completion for anything that doesn't start with @ still isn't implemented. It simply doesn't work.
If I start typing
!fediverse to mention Fediverse News, I don't get any auto-completion.

@fediverse, I do get auto-completion and a valid mention, @
Fediverse News.

@!fediverse, I get auto-completion again.
Auto-completing a regular mention and then changing it into a deliverable mentionDoesn't work as intended either. !{fediversenews@venera.social} is not recognised as valid code.
So if there
is a way to send new (start/first) posts from Hubzilla to Friendica, I'd like to see a hands-on explanation on how to do it
and proof that what exactly has been done in the explanation actually works. Don't write what you think should work in theory, try it and then show me the outcome.
