[Bug] Post age partially calculated wrongly
The list of new posts on the network stream on the right-hand side calculates the age of a new post in a wrong way, namely as the difference of the post time in local time and the current time in GMT/UTC.
The effect of this is that, for example, Germans have seen new posts announced as being posted in about two hours (as in two hours in the future from now) until yesterday (CEST, 2 hours ahead of UTC) and see them as being posted in about one hour since today (CET, 1 hour ahead of UTC).
