You can clearly tell those who followed the event announcement from those who simply used OpenSimWorld or even only an OSW beacon to go where there has to be a big party because there are a lot of avatars.
The former, the vast majority, are dressed up. The latter aren't, and they're surprised to see the former dressed up at what's clearly a ballroom event.
