You’ll find out in August/September, that’s not something I can answer when all they’ve done is preview some art.

Also on the note of the ring tempts you mechanic, have you tried having it be more monarch-like, having only one “The One Ring” on the board at any time, instead of having up to 4 at the same time?

The format already has lots of color hate, many of which are higher powered than we tend to make now.

It’s more about how many are playable in whatever format. You usually want at least high single digits that are at least possible.

We want people to know in advance to prepare for the change, and this was the highest profile place to announce it until late July, which felt too late.

Can I request fewer creatures with Reach that also have built in incentive to attack? It’s rather frustrating to have a keyword and then the rest of the text says “don’t take advantage of that keyword”.
