I assume you mean Eternal-legal. I don’t believe so. The mini game steps way outside the bounds of the rules. Play this game you know is fine in acorn. The tournament rules need more specificity.

Duel Masters was the direct inspiration. Tim LaPille, who suggested it, had just worked on a Duel Masters set, and literally said, “Here’s what Duel Masters is doing.”

The handoff document for MOM refers to New Capenna as “New Celesta”. I believe we already knew about the New Celesta name from trademark filings, but was that name still in use when the handoff document was written, or did you use the old name by mistake?

My two biggest concerns would be how to do flying and deal with “everything feels blue”.

What makes flying different from shadow in that it doesn’t need to be costed as if it’s “can’t be blocked”? Not all colours have equal access to flying and neither do a lot of deck archetypes so if you matchup against a flyer heavy deck aren’t they essentially unblockable?

Flying is core to the game. So much so, we have an entire other mechanic, reach, whose only job is to interact with it. The basic structure of the game is built taking flying into account.

It’s a 9. I do think it’s possible to get cards from there. A whole premier expansion set there is unlikely.
