So was the Wicked Slumber actually ended? It doesn’t really seem to be addressed, unless I missed it in the story? I assume so because it’s weird to imagine that the plot just kind of never gets fixed, but I want to be sure.

No, Oko felt persecuted for his powers, and trying to remove them caused his spark to ignite IIRC

Hello! I was wondering how planar language differences are handled especially for planebound people traveling through Omenpaths–for example, I found it unusual that Troyan could speak to Kellan and Ruby despite his presumably just knowing Ravi. Do travelers just have magic to get around that, or is it something else?

It's simple enough to learn basic translation spells in the multiverse, and ultimately I don't think it's something the story is going to explore, in the same way other media properties with the same language issue don't usually explore it.

Innistrad lore says that a town once called Avabruck was destroyed by some baleful force and now it’s a place known as Hollowhenge, which happened during the events if the first Innistrad block. But somehow both Avabruck and Hollowhenge still coexist on cards - how?

If you're talking about cards like Mayor of Avabruck or Avabruck Caretaker, they're both before/afters. Avabruck Caretaker even becomes Hollowhenge Huntmaster.

In the story of Wilds of Eldraine there are a lot of portals to and from the realm of the fae. Is it a realm within a realm, a mirror world, a physical place that is just hard to get to normally or something else entirely?

Yes? It’s deliberately left vague but give it follows fairy tale logic probably another realm.
