The Grub Customizer is a handy GUI tool that lets you configure various aspects of the Grub bootloader. You can use it to change the order of the boot and make Windows boot by default.
Just bear in mind that some other apps, or an OS upgrade, may not play nicely with changes that were made to Grub. So yes, things can break. But remember, too, that your data will NOT be lost, unless you panic and format your drive. Grub can be repaired and everything will be as before.
So maybe the most important lesson with Linux is never to panic if things go wrong. The second is never to type in 'rm -rf /' as that will delete all your data ;-)
