I get that extroverts really miss seeing, touching and feeling other people but in a way that in itself is so limiting. Generally it is limited to those in your own town, and you need to all gather there and get home again (let's ignore the pandemic as an issue for now). Extroverts have an edge in personal gatherings as they tend to override introverts.
But with video conferencing (and collaborative whiteboards) we can be globally collaborating around singing, sketching, writing a novel, having book club meetings, having a religious service, composing music, and so much more.
Open source software communities have been doing it since day one when software version control existed with Git and contributors, testers, and users were involved globally. It was just the accepted way of doing open source.
What is probably needed is some form of online platform say for musicians, artists, singers, etc to be able to find and team up with their like-minded counterparts from other countries around the world. No I don't mean Facebook at all, but something that specialises in filtering around similar interests.
