The ibuprofen will relieve some small amount of stress, by working against the “pain” involved (either by cause or effect). Also it will help prevent a stroke or heart attack from that high blood pressure (as a "blood thinner"), and will even help to reduce the blood pressure a little bit, by lessening inflammation. It’s not a cure, and it’s not even very powerful in the areas I have mentioned - but it does help, and it is cheap.

I don't drink a lot of coffee anymore, only had 2 cups today.

Doctor told me to take rest the next couple of days, and measure a few times a day.
