Can you really not embed #alttext in a local image file? I reupload the same emoji all the time it's silly to have to write the exact same alt text every time

@TheZeldaZone??️‍⚧️?? No, you can't. EXIF and IPTC tags have no tag that corresponds to/is understood as alt-text.

One solution could be to write the alt-text once, save it in a simple text file and copy-paste it over whenever you need it. But I guess that's a bit inconvenient if you're on a phone.
