No better way, although we have a closed door policy for our bedroom, as especially the little ones tend to start adventuring and do the zoomies the moment we fall asleep for longer than 10 minutes. This was unanimous decided after a few times waking up because one or the other tries to see how that nose is connected with the skull, another one tries to steal my earplugs out of my ear, and nr 3 decides to see if he can reach China from below the blankets ;-D

@Wilco Roos Hehehe, I know what can happen, this was the first experiment.

Mom doesn't do weird stuff at night (or at least not so weird that it wakes me up), and the little ones behaved like a charm too. I kept the door closed for a few days, because I didn't want them in here unattended, but it looks as if they behave just like their mother.

And waking up with five purring cats curled up against you, is kind of heaven ?

And yes, I know some people think it's bad, unhygienic and whatnot. Don't care, it's good for my mental health ?

Hey i agree, but we have a few 'midnight oil' rascals here that see darkness as their activation switch ?
