I had about 5kg of seabuckhorn left in my freezer from last years harvest and decided to make non-alcoholic shots from it.
Ingredients:
-5kg seabuckthorn
- 500g rasped ginger
- 1kg buckwheat honey
- 500g cane sugar
- Juice of two limes
Residuals are being dried right now and do make nice infusions er even lemonades.
Taking a soursweet shot in the morning boosts the body immediately and works better than any coffee/espresso
