@cwebber forgive me for being an idiot, but it seems like this is a small step in the right direction?
From what I’ve seen, the *current* Meta stance is to allow alt-right views and shadowban left-leaning accounts. The other thing he mentioned was removal of foreign intelligence bots, which from what I’ve seen mainly target antifascist posts (yuumei art’s protest pieces come to mind).
Is there anything I’m missing?

@cwebber I'm always torn on this. Blocking large node can be detrimental to some users. For example, I've heard multiple times people from marginalised groups sticking to larger org platforms because there are disavantages to only use Mastodon. I wish we could have a more granular solution but I also understand the complexity of the problem.
