That was meant for the case you would propose minor changes of the existing admin documentation, which is written in markdown.
If you would prefer to recreate the documentatin from scratch, you can do it in bbcode for sure (if that‘s the case, use https://hubzilla.org/wiki/contribute/Suggestions(20)for(20)Documentations/Admin(20)Guide )

Maybe instead of overwriting the current version, if you do a complete rewrite, you could submit it as an additional draft.
