Friendica is using external media (like youtube) directly and does not "proxify" them. For YT videos there is or was an addon for redirecting it to an #
Invidious instance. Since Google started blocking such instances, there are only a few working left. My favorite is
https://inv.nadeko.net . So your administrator needs configure it unless not yet done.
For the other external references, I have no idea, just block 3rd-party cookies, I guess.
