El lector astut s’haurà adonat que això no encaixa amb el que he dit a dalt re: Hetzner i OVH; això és perquè el primer set d’estadística compta cada
domini una vegada, i aquest set compta cada
IP una vegada. Molts dels dominis a OVH s’allotgen d’una mà d’adreces IP, això és molt probablement a causa de masto.host però no ho he revisat a fons.

La majoria de servidors fediversals estan en xarxes que allotgen
5 o menys servidors fediversals. Sis mil servidors fediversals són els únics servidors de la seva xarxa.
Eliminar la meitat del fedivers (recorda, parlem de servidors, no d’usuàries), hauries d’eliminar més de
300 xarxes.

The astute reader will notice that this does not match what I said above re: Hetzner and OVH; this is because the first set of stats counts each
domain once, and this set counts each
IP address once. Many of the domains at OVH are hosted from a handful of IP addresses, this is likely due to masto.host but I didn’t look deeply.
Here are the top 10 IP addresses hosting fediverse servers:

Now, the majority fediverse servers are on networks that host
five or fewer fedivserse servers. Six thousand fediverse servers are the only one on their network.
To take out half of the fediverse (remember, we’re talking servers here, not users), you’d have to take out more than
three hundred networks.
