the answer is 50% isn't it? so C.. oh wait.. if A D have the same answer which could be correct then that leaves C and B, so a 50/50 shot but then A and D become one answer so then there are only three answers to choose from, C, B and A/D...which means you have a 33.3% chance of getting the right answer... but 33/3% isnt an answer here... hrghhmmmm....phone a friend? :) lol

There are 4 possible answers. So it should be 1 / 4 == 25 / 100 → 25 % of chance to be correct.

But there are 2 answers of 25 % : A and D. So, there are now only 3 different answers. Then it's more 1 / 3 == 33.3 / 100 → 33.3 % of chance to be correct.

But there is no "33%" answer. So it is even more → 0 % chance to be correct.

Answer « B », I would say.
