If someone attacks something there is just a big explosion. But here, there was a fire first, then some small explosions and then the big one. Like Tianjin 2015. I'm sure his "generals" never said to him anything about a attack or bomb. It was complete bullshit out of the sick mind of Trump. It may even be likely that his generals avoid talking to Trump at all. ;)
