The United States has managed to become a country of fear and hate. We Germans had this condition in the Third Reich. And yes, we were also guilty ourselves and had promoted this state out of our own stupidity. Your own people and government can be a country's worst enemy. No enemy from outside can do as much damage as the stupid decisions inside.
