I tried to get the rules changed in Pauper to eight are legal, but didn’t have much luck. I say ask your friends and just play that way.

I think the questioner about the weird shard/wedge set meant something like an Esper variant where every card is partly blue: WUB, UW, UB, but no WB. Extremely centered in the center color (middle in a shard, the enemy color in a wedge). I’m not sure how interesting that would be, but that’s how I understood the question

Normally, when we do a three-color faction set, we mostly focus on the two color pairs that connect two different factions, ally in arcs/shards and enemy in wedge. This is so you can draft two colors and have two three-color factions still open.

What you’re asking for above is how we tend to do arc sets. Most the two-color cards are ally combinations.

Amazing job with the story for aftermath and very cool card designs across the story arc. I was curious if we will ever go back to Tarkir? Really interested in Sarkhan’s life now that he’s no longer a planeswalker.

Will Enchantments ever get a variation on equiptment? Like a Mantle that transfers between recipients? Or has that window closed between auras, bestow and sagas?

We have auras that you can move to another creature. We have auras that come back to hand when the enchanted creature dies. We have auras you can pay to return to your hand and then cast again. I don’t think we’ll ever have Auras that mimic Equipment exactly, but we’ve done a lot to give them extra utility.

If you count all of the Magic games (both in tabletop and digital), I believe there are more Standard games played than any other format. Standard needs help in tabletop (and even then there are plenty of Standard games played), but it is thriving in digital. I think we are a great distant from “can’t be saved”.
