A car is drifting onto a highway exit ramp with smoking rear wheels. Above it is a bridge with a sign which reads "Install lights in your building to illuminate it" for the highway itself and "Switch the whole shack to full bright" for the exit ramp.

Based on the Left Exit 12 Off Ramp #meme.
