Do you know how to create templates in the wiki, like the ones of wikimedia : https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Templates/en ?

Same question with custom tags ( https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Tag_extensions) but I have no real hope for this part.

If both the answers are "it's impossible", how can we achieve tools like infobox, automatic link generations... ?

This kind of tools are not available at the moment for the relative simple wiki app. You can however build your page using the much more advanced webpages app. There you can create blocks which you can reuse.
