TIL about "auticon" which apparently is the company that employs autistic people in IT at significantly below-market salaries in order to then sell their services as extraordinary IT consultants with unique cognitive strengths ?
Like, if your employees are so unique, they should be paid above market, not below.
And they market themselves as "helping", sounds more like exploiting the fact that some of these people have nowhere else to go.
